  Parking Services Office Manager,
  Kim Roshak joined the department in
  July 2003.  As Office Manager she
  is responsible for supervising 4
  full-time employees and coordinating
  policies and procedures for Parking
  Services.

  Since Kim joined the department she
  has enhanced the department's
  technology significantly.  She
  implemented single unit handheld
  ticket writers, adapted a new
  software program and developed
  the on-line vehicle registration
  for faculty/staff and students to
  providing easy and accessible
  registration for annual parking permits.

  In 2006 Kim completed the eight week Supervision
  Excellence Program through CMU's Human
  Resource Department.  She has completed over
  200 hours of computer training enabling
  her to provide efficient software and
  hardware support to the department.

  Prior to her employment at CMU she was
  employed at Ferris State University
  Department of Public Safety for 15 years.
