ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
 Central Michigan University employs a police force encompassing 21 officers, including a chief, captain, detective sergeant, and three sergeants.  As well as a support staff of dispatchers, a service officer, and a parking bureau. Campus Security Brochure Learn more.
 

VEHICLE REGISTRATION
Central Michigan University Parking Services division of the Police Department distributes parking permits and maintains all related records. CMU Parking Services also offers online vehicle registration for your convenience.  Register here

The Night Rides program, brought to you by the CMU Police Department was designed to enhance campus safety.  To use the service simply call 774-HELP (4357) between 8:00 P.M. and 1:00 A.M.  Learn more.

 
COMMUNITY POLICING OFFICERS
